Connecting One operates the Naidu Circle app (Android and iOS) for community listings, marketplace interactions, and ad-supported features.
2.2 Data We Collect
User-provided data
Name, contact details, profile information, community details, photos, preferences, listings, messages, feedback.
Device & usage data
Device model, OS version, app version, language, IP address, crash logs, and diagnostics. Analytics collection is not yet implemented.
Children: The service is for users 18+. Data from minors is not knowingly collected.

Consent is obtained before collecting or processing personal data, consistent with Indian laws. Consent is specific, informed, and revocable; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

Personal data is not sold. We do not run ads and do not share your data with advertising partners.
2.7 Your Rights
Access
Request a copy of your personal data held by us.
Correction
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure
Erase data when no longer needed or when consent is withdrawn, subject to legal retention requirements.
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent in-app or via email; processing for those purposes will cease.
Raise complaints with the Grievance Officer; responses are targeted within statutory timelines.
2.8 Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for stated purposes or as required by law. Inactive accounts may be archived then erased. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
2.9 Security
Technical and organizational measures are applied: encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure. If required, breach notifications will be issued to authorities and affected users.
2.10 International Transfers
Personal data may be processed outside India by vendors, subject to contractual safeguards and any applicable government restrictions.
2.11 Children's Data
Naidu Circle is intended for adults (18+). Data from children is not knowingly collected. Accounts misrepresenting age may be removed.
2.12 Automated Decisions
No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made without safeguards. Manual review is available for key moderation actions.
2.13 Changes to this Policy
Updates will be posted in-app; continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app.
