Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Naidu Circle account and all associated data.

Delete Account from the App

You can delete your account directly within the Naidu Circle app. This is the fastest way to remove your account and all data immediately.

Open Naidu Circle

Launch the Naidu Circle app on your device and log in to your account.

Go to the Hub Screen

After logging in, you'll land on the Hub screen — your main home screen showing all community modules.

Tap the Menu ( ⋮ )

Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the Hub screen to open the options menu.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.

Confirm Deletion

Confirm the action in the dialog. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Request Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:

person Your profile — name, phone number, gender, date of birth
favorite Your matrimony profile — all personal, family, and preference details
photo_library All uploaded photos
notifications Push notification tokens
handshake Interests sent and received
store Module interest registrations (Marketplace, Opportunities, Wellness)

Data Retained After Deletion

Transaction and activity logs

Retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then permanently deleted.

This action is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. Once deleted, your profile, photos, and all data are gone forever. If you later wish to use Naidu Circle, you will need to create a new account.
